Chocolate Mousse with Coconut Milk

Whipped up my own little chocolate mousse recipe yesterday! Super creamy and rich – it's my new chocolate fix. Quick and simple: whisk together (all organic) 4 tbsp of maple syrup with 2 tbsp cocoa and then whisk in one can of coconut milk (just the solid cream part). I like letting it chill in the fridge for about an hour... or just eating it straight out of the bowl!
